These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DealerLends website, tools, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
DealerLends is a matching service. We help connect drivers with a dealership and/or lender that may be able to finance a vehicle for them. We are not a lender, dealer, or broker, and we do not make credit decisions or guarantee approval, rates, or terms. Any financing is provided by the third-party dealer or lender, subject to their own terms and approval.
You must be of legal age in your province and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Tools such as our calculators and credit-score estimator are for general information only and produce estimates, not offers. Actual approval, rates, and amounts are determined solely by the dealer or lender based on your full application and credit profile.
By submitting an application you consent to be contacted by SMS, automated calls, and email regarding your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Your dealings with any dealer or lender we match you with are solely between you and them. We are not responsible for their products, services, conduct, rates, or decisions.
The Service, including its content, design, and branding, is owned by DealerLends or its licensors and is protected by law. Lender and vehicle-make names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will match actual outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealerLends will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any financing you obtain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
